Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
All orders made are final. All info provided at purchase should match shipping and billing before check out. Any used or opened hair can not be exchanged. Due to the nature of our items, any orders (processed, prepped, and/or shipped) can not be refunded
Refunds that are made (at seller’s discretion) will require a 10% restocking fee.
We DO NOT Accept Returns for Reasons due to:
- Buyers Remorse
- Wrong Color Ordered
- Wrong Length Ordered
- Wrong Texture Ordered
- Wrong Size Ordered
